Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A high pressure system over the Great Australian Bight will maintain easterly
winds across the northern parts of the state for the next few days.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure system will move slowly eastwards across the Great Australian
Bight during the next few days.

Forecast for the rest of Friday 8 May
Cloudy over the southeast of the State with isolated light showers in the Eucla
district. Areas of smoke haze across parts of the South West Land Division.
Windy across the southern Kimberley, Pilbara, Gascoyne, Central West and
northern Interior.

Forecast for Saturday 9 May
Light showers or drizzle over the Eucla, southeastern Goldfields and eastern
parts of the South East Coastal district, contracting to the Eucla in the
evening. Areas of smoke haze across parts of the South West Land Division.
Windy across the southern Kimberley, Pilbara, Gascoyne, Central West and
northern Interior.

Forecast for Sunday 10 May
Light showers or drizzle over the Eucla and southeast Goldfields, contracting
to the Eucla in the evening. Possible morning fog over the southern Goldfields
and South East Coastal districts. Areas of smoke haze across parts of the South
West Land Division. Windy across the Pilbara, southern Kimberley, northern
Gascoyne and North Interior in the morning.

Forecast for Monday 11 May
Light showers or drizzle over the Eucla district. Possible morning fog over the
southern Goldfields, eastern parts of the South East Coastal and inland Eucla
districts. Windy across the Pilbara, southern Kimberley and North Interior in
the morning.

Forecast for Tuesday 12 May
Possible morning fog over the Eucla district. Showers developing about the
South West Capes in the late evening. Chance of a shower near the north
Kimberley coast.
