Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough extends from the Kimberley to the eastern Pilbara. A ridge over
western Pilbara will weaken on Monday, allowing the trough located further east
to slide back towards the coast on Tuesday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough located over the Goldfields and Eucla will move into the Interior
during today. A fast moving high pressure system will move across the south
coast during today, followed by another high pressure system on Monday. A
trough will start to develop near the west coast on Monday and deepen during
next week.

Forecast for the rest of Sunday 24 September
Light showers over the southern parts of the South West Land Division, eastern
Goldfields, northeast Gascoyne, Interior and Eucla. Chance of a thunderstorm
with little or no rainfall through the South Interior. Windy through the Eucla.
Very hot across the western Kimberley.

Forecast for Monday 25 September
Chance of a shower or thunderstorm over the South Interior, Goldfields,
adjacent Gascoyne and South East Coastal district. A light shower is also
possible over the far east of the Eucla district. Chance of morning fog over
northern Kimberley. Very hot across the western Kimberley.

Forecast for Tuesday 26 September
Chance of a shower or thunderstorm over South Interior, southeast Goldfields,
South East Coastal and Eucla. Chance of morning fog over far western Kimberley
and over southern parts of the South West Land Division. Windy through the
central parts. Very hot across the western Kimberley.

Forecast for Wednesday 27 September
Mostly sunny. Chance of morning fog over far western Kimberley. Windy through
the central and southwestern parts. Very hot across the western Kimberley.
