Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
The high pressure ridge to the southeast will continue to weaken as the
pressure gradient becomes weak across the north.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure ridge to the southeast of the State is weakening. A relatively
weak cold front is crossing the west coast this morning. Another cold front is
forecast to reach the Southwest Capes later on Sunday and then move into
southwest parts of the South West Land Division on Monday.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday 25 May
Showers southwest of a line from Kalbarri to Bremer Bay, mostly clearing by
evening. Chance of early morning thunderstorms about the Lower West and about
the southwest coast but mainly offshore. Light falls expected. Mostly sunny
elsewhere.

Forecast for Sunday 26 May
Showers developing southwest of a line from Perth to Albany. Light falls
expected. Chance of morning fog over inland parts of the South West Land
Division and far southwest Goldfields. Mostly sunny over the remainder of the
State.

Forecast for Monday 27 May
Showers southwest of a line from Jurien Bay to Esperance. Light to moderate
falls expected. Chance of morning fog over inland central parts of the South
West Land Division. Mostly sunny over the remainder of the State.

Forecast for Tuesday 28 May
Showers southwest of a line from Shark Bay to Esperance, and in the area bound
by Newman to Eyre to Balladonia. Chance of a thunderstorm along a line from
Shark Bay to Esperance. Light to moderate falls expected. Partly cloudy
elsewhere.
