Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A ridge to the southeast is maintaining moderate to fresh and gusty east to
southeast winds over northern parts of the state. A weak trough lies near the
Pilbara coast.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A low pressure system south of the State will move closer to the south coast on
Sunday before weakening on Monday. A trough extends from the low through
central parts of WA. A weak ridge lies over the southwest corner.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday 4 May
Isolated showers over the South West Land Division, contracting to coastal
areas during the morning, tending more scattered along southern coastal parts.
Possible thunderstorms over the eastern South East Coastal district, southern
Goldfields and western Eucla. Possible morning fog over southwestern parts of
the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Sunday 5 May
Showers over southern coastal districts of the South West Land Division.
Possible thunderstorms over southern parts of the South Coastal and South East
Coastal districts, the eastern Goldfields and western Eucla. Chance of morning
fog over southwestern parts of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Monday 6 May
Showers over southern districts of the South West Land Division and southern
Goldfields. Possible thunderstorms over the South East Coastal district,
southern and central Goldfields and western Eucla. Possible morning fog over
the southern and central parts of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Tuesday 7 May
Isolated showers along the south coast, west of Bremer Bay. Possible
thunderstorms over the southern Goldfields, eastern South East Coastal district
and western Eucla.
