Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A low pressure trough and associated cloud band over the central Pilbara will
slowly move east during the next few days, before weakening by Thursday. From
Wednesday, a high pressure ridge will push over the central parts of the State.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A cloud band will continue to deepen across northeast Gascoyne and Interior,
moving east today and tomorrow before weakening. A moderate cold front will
move across southwest and southern parts of the state today. Another cold front
is expected to move across the southwest of the state on Thursday.

Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 20 June
Showers over the South West Land Division, Gascoyne, Goldfields and Eucla. Rain
and showers over the Pilbara, southwest Kimberley and Interior. Possible small
hail about the southwest.

Forecast for Wednesday 21 June
Showers over the South West Land Division, southern Goldfields and Eucla. Rain
and showers over the far eastern Pilbara, southwest Kimberley, and eastern
Interior. Possible small hail about the south coast between Albany and
Esperance coast. Possible morning frost over the southern Gascoyne and eastern
Central Wheat Belt.

Forecast for Thursday 22 June
Showers over the South West Land Division, far southern Goldfields and Eucla
coast. Rain and shower also possible over the southwest Kimberley. Possible
morning frost over the inland Gascoyne, Central Wheat Belt, northern
Goldfields, and Interior. Possible morning fog through inland parts of the
South West Land Division.

Forecast for Friday 23 June
Showers southwest of a line from Shark Bay to Eucla, with showers more frequent
over southwestern parts. Possible small hail over the southern Lower West and
South West districts. Possible morning frost over the southern Pilbara, inland
Gascoyne, northern Goldfields, and Interior.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Tuesday.
