Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A high pressure ridge is strengthening through central parts of the State and
will move south towards the south coast during Tuesday and Wednesday with fresh
and gusty east to southeasterly winds over northern parts.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure ridge is developing through central parts of the State and will
drift towards the south coast on Tuesday and Wednesday. The ridge will begin to
contract east on Thursday.

Forecast for the rest of Monday 2 August
Showers over western and southern parts of the South West Land Division and
along the Eucla coast.

Forecast for Tuesday 3 August
Showers over western and southern parts of the South West Land Division and
along the Eucla coast.

Forecast for Wednesday 4 August
Showers near coastal parts in the south.

Forecast for Thursday 5 August
Possible light showers near the south coast, mostly morning.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Monday.
