Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure lies over central parts of the State and will build
during Thursday. Freshening east to southeasterly winds along the Pilbara Coast
on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A weak cold front will brush the south coast during Thursday. A high pressure
centre will move slowly south of the SW Capes on Friday and then into the Bight
by Sunday. A cold front will reach the South West and the Lower West districts
on Sunday afternoon.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 9 July
Showers near the Eucla coast, south coast and adjacent inland districts.

Forecast for Friday 10 July
Showers about the Eucla and the south coast.

Forecast for Saturday 11 July
Showers near the Eucla coast, and near coastal parts east of Esperance.

Forecast for Sunday 12 July
Showers and thunderstorms developing in the South West district and extending
to areas west of a line Jurien Bay to Albany during the evening.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Thursday.
