Weather Situation - Northern Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure lies over central parts of the State and a weak trough
is situated over the west Pilbara. The ridge will build again today and
Thursday. Freshening east to southeasterly winds along the Pilbara Coast on
Friday and Saturday.

Weather Situation - Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure over central parts of the State will move south today
in the wake of a weak cold front brushing the southeast coast. The ridge will
strengthen during Thursday, and a high pressure centre will move into the west
of the Bight on Friday.

Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 8 July
Showers near the south and west coasts and adjacent inland areas. Showers near
the Eucla coast.

Forecast for Thursday 9 July
Showers near the south coast and Eucla coast.

Forecast for Friday 10 July
Showers about the Eucla and the South East Coastal district east of Esperance.

Forecast for Saturday 11 July
Showers near the Eucla coast.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Wednesday.
