Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad surface trough lies across the Kimberley and Pilbara coasts with a dry easterly flow over most parts. A second trough will deepen over the central Pilbara next week.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A broad surface trough over western parts of the State will deepen through central WA on Sunday then move east during Monday and Tuesday. A weak cold front will move across the southwest of the State during Tuesday morning.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday 22 September
The chance of thunderstorms about southern parts of the South West Land Division and late this evening over the Goldfields.

Forecast for Sunday 23 September
Early morning fog over western and southern parts of the South West Land Division. Possible thunderstorms over the South East Coastal district and the Goldfields, clearing during the morning.

Forecast for Monday 24 September
Showers developing over the South West district. Possible thunderstorms over eastern parts of the South East Coastal district.

Forecast for Tuesday 25 September
Showers southwest of a line from Jurien Bay to Bremer Bay contracting to the western south coast in the afternoon and evening. Possible thunderstorms over the Eucla.

Forecast for Wednesday 26 September
Showers over the southwest of the State. Showers and possible thunderstorms over the Eucla, eastern Goldfields and southern Interior.
