Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A ridge lies over southern WA which is bringing a moderate to fresh easterly
flow to the region.
Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge lies over southern parts of the state with a high pressure system to
move into the Bight on Tuesday. A cold front moves over the southwest of the
state during Thursday and Friday with a further front later Friday and into
Saturday.
Forecast for the rest of Monday 13 July
Chance of a shower along the south coast east of Bremer Bay.
Forecast for Tuesday 14 July
Chance of a shower along the Esperance coast and through the Eucla. Morning fog
possible over the inland central and southern parts of the South West Land
Division, far southern Goldfields and Eucla. Morning frost possible over the
northern and central Great Southern, far southern Central Wheat Belt and
southwestern Goldfields. Windy morning over the northern parts of the state.
Forecast for Wednesday 15 July
Chance of a late shower about the Southwest Capes. Windy morning over the
northern parts of the state.
Forecast for Thursday 16 July
Showers southwest of Lancelin to Bremer Bay during the morning extending to
southwest of Kalbarri to Esperance by late evening. Chance of thunderstorms
developing southwest of Geraldton and Walpole.
Forecast for Friday 17 July
Showers southwest of Coral Bay to Eyre. Chance of thunderstorms near the west
coast south of Denham. Becoming windy about the west coast later.
