Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough over the central Pilbara, northeast Gascoyne and Southern Interior
slowly moves east during during the next few days, as an associated cloud band
brings unseasonal showers and thunderstorms to the Pilbara and Interior.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A cold front moving over the south of the state will be followed by a ridge
extending over central parts of the State. A low pressure system is expected to
deepen in the Bight during Tuesday and Wednesday.

Forecast for the rest of Monday 15 June
Showers over the South West Land Division, eastern Pilbara, Gascoyne,
Goldfields, southern and central Interior, and Eucla, clearing over the
southern and western Gascoyne and inland parts of the South West Land Division
during the afternoon and evening. Possible small hail over far southwestern
parts of the state. Chance of a thunderstorm over the South Interior, far
eastern Goldfields, Eucla and Gascoyne.

Forecast for Tuesday 16 June
Showers over southern and eastern parts of the South West Land Division, along
the west coast, Goldfields, Eucla, and much of the Interior. Possible small
hail over the South Coastal, and southern Great Southern. Chance of a
thunderstorm along the south coast east of Bremer Bay, Eucla, and South
Interior. Morning frost possible over much of the inland South West Land
Division. Possible morning fog over northwestern parts of the Kimberley.

Forecast for Wednesday 17 June
Showers over southern and eastern parts of the South West Land Division, along
the west coast south of Geraldton, Goldfields, Eucla, southern and northeastern
Interior. Chance of a thunderstorm along the south coast east of about
Esperance. Windy about the Esperance coast. Morning frost or fog possible over
much of the inland South West Land Division, northern Goldfields, and
southeastern Gascoyne. Possible morning fog over northwestern parts of the
Kimberley.

Forecast for Thursday 18 June
Showers over southern and eastern parts of the South West Land Division, along
the west coast south of Jurien Bay, southern Goldfields, Eucla, southern and
northeastern Interior, and eastern Kimberley. Morning frost or fog possible
over much of the inland South West Land Division, western Goldfields, and
eastern Gascoyne.

Forecast for Friday 19 June
Showers over southern parts of the South West Land Division, southern
Goldfields, Eucla, and southern Interior.
