Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A high over the southwest of the state extends a ridge northward across the
state. This ridge will bring a cool, dry southeasterly surge to northern
districts.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure system will remain over southern WA through the next few days.
A cold front will approach the southwest on Wednesday afternoon.

Forecast for the rest of Sunday 24 May
Light showers possible over the Eucla, mainly near the coast.

Forecast for Monday 25 May
Light showers possible over the Eucla and southern Interior. Chance of morning
fog and frost over inland eastern parts of the South West Land Division and the
southern Goldfields. Windy over the northern Gascoyne, Pilbara, central and
northern Interior and southern Kimberley.

Forecast for Tuesday 26 May
Light showers possible over the Eucla and far southeastern Interior. Chance of
morning fog and frost over the southern Goldfields, eastern South East coastal
district and western Eucla. Windy over the northern Gascoyne, Pilbara, North
Interior and southern Kimberley. Chance of a shower about the South West Capes
in the late evening.

Forecast for Wednesday 27 May
Showers extending across much of the South West Land Division during the day.
Chance of a thunderstorms southwest of Mandurah to Albany. Chance of morning
fog over the southeastern parts of the State. Chance of a shower about the far
southeast of the State in the morning.

Forecast for Thursday 28 May
Showers southwest of a line from about Coral Bay to Eucla. Chance of morning
fog over the eastern Eucla.
