Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad trough of low pressure extends from the Pilbara to the Interior. The
trough will push northwards into the Kimberley from Sunday as a ridge
strengthens through the southern Pilbara and Northern Interior.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure ridge will strengthen over southern and western WA and become
more firmly established into the weekend. A new trough will deepen down the
west coast during Sunday as the high moves towards the Bight.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 27 November
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley and Interior, with possibly
heavy falls about the Kimberley and near the NT border. Light showers over
southern coastal districts west of Israelite Bay. Windy afternoon over the
Gascoyne coast.

Forecast for Friday 28 November
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, east Pilbara, far
northeast Gascoyne, and east Eucla. Light showers possible over southern
coastal districts of the South West Land Division, clearing during the morning.
Hot through the southeast inland Kimberley and north Interior. Windy over the
Eucla.

Forecast for Saturday 29 November
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, north and central Interior,
inland eastern and central Pilbara, northeast Gascoyne, and far northern
Goldfields. Light showers possible over the South Coastal and South East
Coastal districts in the morning. Windy morning over central parts.

Forecast for Sunday 30 November
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, northern Interior, Pilbara,
northern Gascoyne, far northern Goldfields, and far northern Central West.
Windy morning over central parts.

Forecast for Monday 1 December
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, northwestern Interior,
Pilbara, Gascoyne, far northern Goldfields, and Central West. Morning fog
possible over southern districts. Windy morning over central parts.
