Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough remains slow moving from central Pilbara to the South Interior, while
a broad area of low pressure extends over the Kimberley A ridge building to the
south brings fresh southwesterly winds to western Pilbara at times.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure ridge extending near the south coast will slowly build over the
next few days. A weak cold front will likely brush past the south coast early
Tuesday. A trough will remain slow moving over the Interior until Tuesday
before moving east. Meanwhile, a weak trough developing over inland South West
Land Division and over the Gascoyne early in the week will deepen from
Wednesday.

Forecast for the rest of Monday 11 November
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley and Interior. Possible light
showers or drizzle over southern coastal districts and southeast Goldfields.
Very hot the Kimberley, Pilbara, and northern Interior.

Forecast for Tuesday 12 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and Interior. Chance of a
thunderstorm with little or no rainfall over the far eastern Pilbara. Possible
shower south of Busselton to Israelite Bay. Very hot over inland parts of the
Kimberley, Pilbara, and northern Interior. Becoming warmer in the northern
inland parts of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Wednesday 13 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, northern and central Interior,
northern Goldfields, eastern and northern Gascoyne, and eastern Pilbara.
Possible shower about the south coast west of Esperance. Very hot over inland
parts of the Kimberley, Pilbara, northern Gascoyne and northern Interior. Warm
to hot over northern and central parts of the South West Land Division. Chance
of morning fog over the southern coastal districts.

Forecast for Thursday 14 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, Goldfields, eastern and
northern Gascoyne, eastern Pilbara and eastern parts of the South West Land
Division. Possible showers over the South Coastal and southern parts of South
West district. Hot to very hot across the southwest Kimberley, Pilbara, inland
Gascoyne, northern and central parts of the South West Land Division.
