Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough extends from the central Pilbara and into the South Interior. A ridge
building to the south will bring fresh southwesterly winds to the western
Pilbara at times.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure ridge extends near the south coast. A broad trough will remain
slow moving in the east across the weekend and into the new week.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday 9 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and Interior. Showers over the
South East Coastal District, southern Goldfields and Eucla. Chance of a
thunderstorm over the Eucla, northeast South East Coastal district and
southeast Goldfields in the early morning. Slight chance of a light morning
shower about the remaining south coastal fringe. Windy at times through central
and southeastern parts. Very hot for inland parts of the Kimberley and east
Pilbara, and Northern Interior.

Forecast for Sunday 10 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and Interior. Possible showers
over eastern parts of the South West Land Division, southern Goldfields and
Eucla. Chance of a thunderstorm over the eastern Central Wheat Belt and
southern Goldfields. Slight chance of a light shower about the remaining south
coastal fringe. Becoming windy over central and southeastern parts. Very hot
for inland parts of the Kimberley, east Pilbara, and Northern Interior.

Forecast for Monday 11 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and Interior. Possible showers
over far southern parts of the South West Land Division, southeast Goldfields
and Eucla, Very hot for inland parts of the Kimberley east Pilbara, and
Northern Interior.

Forecast for Tuesday 12 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and eastern Interior. Possible
shower southwest of Margaret River to Albany. Very hot for inland parts of the
Kimberley and east Pilbara, and Northern Interior.
