Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A weak trough extends into the west Pilbara whilst a weak ridge of high
pressure extends through the remainder of northern WA. A cloud band will extend
from the west Pilbara through to the Eucla until Thursday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge over central parts of the state will slowly drift southwards as a cloud
band develops over northwestern parts. The cloud band will produce some
rainfall from the Gascoyne southeastward through far northern and eastern parts
of the South West Land Division, as well as the Goldfields and Eucla, until
Thursday.

Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 11 June
Showers southwest of a line from Coral Bay to Israelite Bay, most widespread
over the Mid West, Lower West, South West and western parts of the Great
Southern. Chance of a thunderstorm about the South West coast.Areas of early
fog over the inland west Pilbara, inland Gascoyne and north-central Goldfields.

Forecast for Wednesday 12 June
Showers southwest of a line from Exmouth to northern parts of the Eucla, most
widespread over the lower west coast and western parts of the south coast.
Chance of a thunderstorm about the lower west coast. A more persistent rain may
develop during the day from the inland Gascoyne to the northeast Wheat Belt,
southern and central Goldfields and western Eucla. Possible morning fog inland
from the west coast over the Mid West, Lower West and South West, as well as
western parts of the Great Southern.

Forecast for Thursday 13 June
Showers clearing from the west Pilbara and inland Gascoyne. Chance of showers
about the west coast south of Geraldton. Showers about the south coast
districts with areas of rain extending from the southern and eastern Goldfields
into the Eucla. Possible morning fog over the inland South West Land Division,
southern Gascoyne and southwestern Goldfields.

Forecast for Friday 14 June
Possible showers, mainly light, associated with a cloud band extending from the
west Pilbara and Gascoyne into the Goldfields. Chance of showers about the
south coast, South West, Lower West and coastal parts of the Central West.
Areas of fog in the morning about inland southern parts of the State.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Tuesday.
