Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure will dominate over central parts of the State,
weakening and moving east on Friday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure lies over central WA, before another cold front moves
over southwestern WA on Thursday and Friday. A further cold front approaches
later Saturday.

Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 5 June
Light showers southwest of a line Mandurah to Walpole. Chance of a light shower
near the eastern Eucla coast. Chance of morning fog over the Eucla,
southeastern and inland southwestern parts of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Thursday 6 June
Showers southwest of a line Bunbury to Windy Harbour, extending eastwards
during the afternoon to reach a line Kalbarri to Esperance by the evening.
Showers increasing to rain south of Jurien Bay to Bremer Bay. Heavy falls
possible south of Jurien Bay. Chance of a thunderstorm southwest of Jurien Bay
to Denmark. The chance of morning fog over the eastern Eucla and southeast
South Interior.

Forecast for Friday 7 June
Showers southwest of a line from about Denham to Eucla, mostly clearing to the
north and east by the afternoon. Heavy falls possible over the northern Lower
West and the adjacent southern Central West district in the morning.

Forecast for Saturday 8 June
Showers southwest of a line from Carnarvon to Eucla, most likely later in the
day. Chance of a thunderstorm west of Busselton to Windy Harbour later in the
day.
