Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
The trailing end of a cold front will move out of the Kimberley this morning. A
ridge of high pressure will dominate over central parts of the State through to
at least mid week.
Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure will develop over central WA, before another cold
front approaches southwestern WA on Thursday.
Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 4 June
Showers southwest of a line Perth to Albany, along the south coast and across
the Eucla. Showers also over the northeastern Kimberley, clearing during the
morning. Chance of morning fog over inland parts of the South West Land
Division.
Forecast for Wednesday 5 June
Showers southwest of a line Bunbury to Windy Harbour. Chance of a light shower
near the eastern Eucla coast. Chance of morning fog over the Eucla and
southeastern parts of the South West Land Division.
Forecast for Thursday 6 June
Showers southwest of a line Bunbury to Windy Harbour, extending eastwards
during the afternoon to reach a line Geraldton to Esperance by the evening.
Chance of a thunderstorm west of Mandurah to Windy Harbour.
Forecast for Friday 7 June
Showers southwest of a line from about Carnarvon to Eucla.
The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Tuesday.
