Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
The top end of a large cold front will continue to sweep across northern parts
of WA on Monday. A new ridge of high pressure will develop over central parts
of the State on Monday and Tuesday and will bring gusty southeasterly winds to
the Pilbara.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A strong cold front will continue to move over eastern WA during Monday. A
ridge of high pressure will begin to develop over central WA in the wake of the
cold front, before another cold front approaches southwestern WA later on
Thursday.

Forecast for the rest of Monday 3 June
Showers for western and southern parts of the South West Land Division. Showers
also across the far eastern Pilbara, most of the Kimberley, Interior and Eucla,
contracting east during the day. The chance of thunderstorms over the far east
Pilbara and west Kimberley. Chance of morning fog over the northeast Central
West district.

Forecast for Tuesday 4 June
Showers southwest of a line Perth to Albany, along the south coast and across
the Eucla. Chance of morning fog over inland parts of the South West Land
Division.

Forecast for Wednesday 5 June
Showers southwest of a line Bunbury to Windy Harbour. Chance of a light shower
near the eastern Eucla coast. Chance of morning fog over the Eucla and
southeastern parts of the South West Land Division,

Forecast for Thursday 6 June
Showers southwest of a line Bunbury to Windy Harbour, extending eastwards
during the afternoon to reach a line Geraldton to Ravensthorpe by the evening.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Monday.
