Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A weak low pressure trough lies over the Pilbara and near the Kimberley coast.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure ridge lies over southern parts of the State. A weak cold front
will move east across the south coast on Monday morning. A trough will develop
inland from the west coast on Tuesday, as another weak cold front approaches
the southwest coast.

Forecast for the rest of Monday 21 August
Possible early shower about the Lower West coastal district. Light morning
showers near the south coast, east of Windy Harbour. Morning fog patches over
inland central parts of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Tuesday 22 August
Possible light showers southwest of Busselton to Albany. Morning fog patches
and frost over inland southern and central parts of the South West Land
Division, southwest Goldfields and Eucla.

Forecast for Wednesday 23 August
Possible light showers southwest of Bunbury to Albany. Morning fog patches and
frost over inland southern and central parts of the South West Land Division
and southwest Goldfields

Forecast for Thursday 24 August
Possible light showers southwest of Bunbury to Bremer Bay Possible morning
frost over the southwest Central Wheat Belt. Morning fog patches over the
inland Southeast Coastal district.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Monday.
