Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A weak, slow moving trough lies over inland Kimberley and Pilbara.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough over the interior is moving east and is weakening. A ridge of high
pressure extending across the southwest of the state is moving east. A west
coast trough will develop today but is expected to remain weak, moving east on
Monday ahead of a weak cold front about the southwest coast.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday 11 March
Sunny and clear across most of the state. Very isolated showers over
northwestern Kimberley. Light showers about the south coast between Bremer Bay
and Eucla.

Forecast for Sunday 12 March
Isolated showers and gusty thunderstorms over northwestern Kimberley. Chance of
morning fog over South East Coastal and western Eucla districts.

Forecast for Monday 13 March
Isolated showers and gusty thunderstorms over northwestern Kimberley. Few light
showers southwest of Busselton to Bremer Bay. Chance of morning fog over Great
Southern and south coastal districts west of Israelite Bay.

Forecast for Tuesday 14 March
Isolated showers and gusty thunderstorms over western and central Kimberley.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Saturday.
