Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A new high pressure system is extending a ridge over the the State.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A new high pressure system is extending a ridge over the State as a cold front
weakens over the Eucla today. The high will move gradually eastwards before
another cold front moves over the South West Land Division on Saturday.

Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 6 July
Showers over southeastern parts of the South West Land Division with just the
chance of light showers over the remaining South West Land Division and western
Eucla district. Chance of morning frost over the Interior, Eucla, northern
Goldfields, eastern Gascoyne, southeast Pilbara, southwest Great Southern and
adjacent South West district.

Forecast for Thursday 7 July
Chance of light showers over far southern parts of the South West Land Division
and Eucla coast. Chance of morning frost over the Interior, northern
Goldfields, eastern Gascoyne and southeast Pilbara.

Forecast for Friday 8 July
Chance of light showers southwest of a line Perth to Bremer Bay and over
eastern coastal parts of the Eucla district. Chance of morning frost over the
Southern Interior, far northeast Gascoyne and northern Goldfields.

Forecast for Saturday 9 July
Showers about the Southwest Capes extending to southwest of a line Kalbarri to
Esperance during the day. Chance of morning frost over eastern parts of the
South Interior.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Wednesday.
