Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A weak trough extending from the western Pilbara and into the Gascoyne.
Associated cloud band will extend from the Pilbara to the southeast of the
State during the week.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A weak ridge is extending across the northern South West Land Division. A
series of cold fronts will move across the south of the State from Wednesday
until the weekend.

Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 15 June
Showers over the Gascoyne, western Pilbara, Goldfields, western parts of South
Interior, northern and west parts of Central West, northeastern Central Wheat
Belt, and southwest parts of the South West Land Division. Possible
thunderstorms over the far northwestern coastal Gascoyne and western and
southern parts of the Southwest district.

Forecast for Thursday 16 June
Showers over the Gascoyne, Goldfields, Eucla, South Interior and western parts
of the South West Land Division. Possible thunderstorms near the Gascoyne coast
and southwest of Bunbury to Windy Harbour.

Forecast for Friday 17 June
Showers southwest of a line from Mardie to Forrest, more frequent across the
western Gascoyne and South West Land Division. Possible thunderstorms southwest
of Exmouth to Esperance.

Forecast for Saturday 18 June
Showers southwest of a line Port Hedland to Warburton, more frequent across the
western Gascoyne, western Pilbara and South West Land Division. Possible
thunderstorms near the coast between Bunbury and Albany.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Wednesday.
