Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough will linger over the Kimberley through to early next week. A new cloud
band is expected to develop over northwest WA early on the weekend.
Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A weak cold front will brush past the south coast on Friday before a firm ridge
of high pressure arrives on the weekend over the South West Land Division.
Forecast for the rest of Friday 3 June
Showers and possible thunderstorms over the northeastern Kimberley. Showers
over the southern parts of the South West Land Division and Eucla coast. Early
morning fog patches, mainly over the South West Land Division.
Forecast for Saturday 4 June
Showers and possible thunderstorms over the northeastern Kimberley. Showers
over the southern parts of the South West Land Division and Eucla coast.
Forecast for Sunday 5 June
Showers and possible thunderstorms over the northeastern Kimberley. Possible
showers over the Pilbara, northeastern Interior, southern parts of the South
West Land Division and Eucla coast.
Forecast for Monday 6 June
Showers and possible thunderstorms over the northeastern Kimberley. Possible
showers over the Pilbara, northeastern Interior, southern parts of the South
West Land Division and Eucla coast.
The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Friday.
