Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A weak trough extends from the Kimberley to the Pilbara.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough across the South Interior remains slow moving for the next couple of
days. Another slow moving trough over the Southeast Coastal district and
adjacent Goldfields and Eucla will shift southeast of the State during the day
today. A new ridge of high pressure will gradually develop south of the State
in its wake during today and tomorrow with a trough to develop off the west
coast on Friday.

Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 13 April
Showers over eastern parts of the South West Land Division, southern Goldfields
and Eucla. Thunderstorms possible over the Southeast Coastal district and
Eucla. Heavy falls possible with thunderstorms over the Southeast Coastal
district early morning. Showers and thunderstorms over eastern and northern
parts of the Kimberley.

Forecast for Thursday 14 April
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and adjacent North Interior.
Showers over the southeastern parts of the South West Land Division, Eucla, far
southern parts of the South Interior and southern parts of the Goldfields.

Forecast for Friday 15 April
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley and near coastal Pilbara. Few
light showers over southeastern parts of South East Coastal, Eucla, far
southern parts of the South Interior and southeastern parts of the Goldfields.

Forecast for Saturday 16 April
Showers and thunderstorms over the north and west Kimberley. Possible showers
over the South West Land Division and southwest Goldfields.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Wednesday.
