Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough will remain near the Kimberley coast and Pilbara coast through to at
least the weekend. The trough is expected to push offshore during the mornings
before moving just inland from the coast during the afternoons. The trough will
move further inland next week.
Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure system well south of the State will remain near stationary as a
trough deepens near the west coast. The trough will move inland Saturday night
and east during Sunday. A weak cold front will brush the SW Capes on Monday
with a high pressure ridge developing along the south coast Tuesday.

Showers and thunderstorms over northwestern parts of the Kimberley.
Forecast for Sunday 28 November
Showers and thunderstorms over northwestern parts of the Kimberley.
Forecast for Monday 29 November
Showers developing southwest of a line Perth to Hopetoun, extending to
Esperance during the afternoon. Mainly light falls anticipated. Showers and
thunderstorms over the northern Kimberley.
Forecast for Tuesday 30 November
Isolated light showers in the far south. Showers and thunderstorms possible
over the far northern Kimberley.
The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Saturday.
