Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A ridge lies over southern parts of the State. A trough will begin to develop
over the western Pilbara on Monday and Tuesday, before moving east on Wednesday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure lies over southern parts of the State. A weak front
will brush the south coast during Monday. A low pressure system is expected to
move over the southwest of the State during Wednesday. A ridge will lie over
the northern Gascoyne on Thursday.

Forecast for the rest of Monday 19 July
Showers over the South West Land Division, Gascoyne and the northern and
central Goldfields. Showers tending to rain over northern parts of the South
West Division and the adjacent Gascoyne and Goldfields during the afternoon and
evening.

Forecast for Tuesday 20 July
Rain areas over the South West Land Division, western and southern Gascoyne,
the Goldfields and Eucla. Moderate falls possible over northern parts of the
South West Land Division and far southern Gascoyne.

Forecast for Wednesday 21 July
Rain areas over the South West Land Division, the Goldfields, southern Interior
and Eucla, easing to showers in the morning. Showers over the western and
southern Gascoyne.

Forecast for Thursday 22 July
Showers over the South West Land Division, southern Goldfields, southern
Gascoyne and Eucla.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Monday.
