Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A ridge lies over southern parts of the State and will remain near stationary
on Sunday. A trough will begin to develop over the western Pilbara on Monday
and Tuesday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure lies over southern parts of the State and will remain
near stationary on Sunday. A weak front will brush the south coast on Monday. A
low pressure system may pass over the southwest of the State late Tuesday or
during Wednesday.

Forecast for the rest of Sunday 18 July
Showers southwest of Geraldton to Israelite Bay with a chance of thunderstorms
south of a line from Busselton to Bremer Bay.

Forecast for Monday 19 July
Showers over the South West Land Division, southern Gascoyne and the western
Goldfields.

Forecast for Tuesday 20 July
Showers over the South West Land Division, western and southern Gascoyne, the
Goldfields and Eucla

Forecast for Wednesday 21 July
Showers over the South West Land Division, southern Gascoyne, the Goldfields,
southern Interior and the Eucla.
