Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A weak surface trough lies near the west Kimberley coast on Saturday. A ridge
lies over the southern part of the State and will strengthen over the weekend
before a high pressure system moves into the Bight on Monday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough and associated cloud band lies over the South Interior and will weaken
during Saturday. A ridge lies over the south of the State and will strengthen
further over the weekend with a high moving into the Bight on Monday.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday 8 May
Showers near the southern and Eucla coasts and central parts of the Interior.
Morning thunderstorms in the South Interior near the Northern Territory border.

Forecast for Sunday 9 May
Showers near the south coast and adjacent parts.

Forecast for Monday 10 May
Showers near the southern and Eucla coasts and adjacent parts

Forecast for Tuesday 11 May
Showers near the southwest coast between Albany and Busselton and adjacent
parts.
