Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad trough extends from the Kimberley to inland parts of WA.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A broad trough lies over most of inland WA and begins to recede east as a weak
cold front brushes the southwest of the State later today. A new trough will
develop near the west coast during the weekend and extend towards the south
coast during Monday.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 25 March
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, South Interior, Goldfields and
northeastern Eucla. Showers developing about the western south coast during the
afternoon and evening.

Forecast for Friday 26 March
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, eastern Interior and the eastern
Eucla. Showers about the south coast.

Forecast for Saturday 27 March
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior and the northeastern
Gascoyne.

Forecast for Sunday 28 March
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, inland Pilbara and the
northern Gascoyne.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Thursday.
