Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad trough lies over the Kimberley, Interior and into the inland eastern
Pilbara.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough lying across the South Interior will weaken today while a new trough
develops through central parts of the South West Land Division today and
tomorrow, before moving eastwards on Wednesday. Behind the trough, a cold front
approaches the far southwest of the state later Tuesday and moves over western
and southwestern parts of the Southwest Land Division during Wednesday.

Forecast for the rest of Monday 25 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, eastern Interior, southeast
Goldfields and the Eucla. Showers possible over far southern parts of the South
West Land Division and coastal parts of the Central West.

Forecast for Tuesday 26 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, Goldfields and the
Southeast Coastal district. Showers possible along the south coast west of
Bremer Bay later.

Forecast for Wednesday 27 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, Goldfields, Eucla and
southern parts of the South West Land Division east of Walpole. Showers
possible over parts of the South West Division.

Forecast for Thursday 28 January
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, far eastern Pilbara, Interior,
southeastern Goldfields, Eucla and eastern parts of the Southeast Coastal
district. Showers possible near the south coast.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Monday.
