Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough over the far western Pilbara which will move eastwards later on
Thursday. The broad trough will lie over the Pilbara Friday and Saturday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge lies over southern WA, and a weak front will reach the SW Capes late
Thursday, and move over southwestern parts of the South West Land Division on
Friday. A ridge will develop near the south coast on Saturday, before a cold
front pushes into southern parts during Sunday.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 30 July
Showers southwest of a line from Bunbury to Albany, mainly near the coast.

Forecast for Friday 31 July
Showers developing southwest of a line Jurien Bay to Wagin to Esperance, mainly
light and mostly confined to near coastal areas.

Forecast for Saturday 1 August
Showers about southern parts of the South West Land Division. Mostly light
falls.

Forecast for Sunday 2 August
Showers over southern districts of the South West Land Division, extending into
the southern Goldfields and along the Eucla coast during the day.
