Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A surface trough lies inland from the west Kimberley and Pilbara coasts.
Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A surface trough lies down the west coast and will deepen during Tuesday and Wednesday. The surface trough will move off the west coast on Thursday as a high pressure system moves into the Bight. The trough will broaden and move just inland from the west coast on Friday.

Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, and the eastern Pilbara.
Forecast for Tuesday 10 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, central and eastern Pilbara, Interior, and extending into the central Gascoyne. Light morning showers possible about the Eucla coast.
Forecast for Wednesday 11 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, Pilbara, Gascoyne, northwestern Goldfields and far northern parts of the South West Land Division.
Forecast for Thursday 12 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, Pilbara, and Gascoyne.
Forecast for Friday 13 December
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, Pilbara, and northern parts of the Gascoyne.
