Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough lies over inland parts of the Pilbara and Kimberley.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough will rapidly deepen off the west coast on Saturday morning, before moving inland during Saturday afternoon and continuing eastwards on Sunday. A new ridge will begin to develop to the south of the state on Monday and Tuesday.

Forecast for the rest of Friday 8 November
Gusty thunderstorms possible over the southern Gascoyne, with little or no rainfall.

Forecast for Saturday 9 November
Gusty thunderstorms possible over western and central parts of the South West Land Division, with little or no rainfall. Very hot and with gusty northeasterly winds over the western South West Land Division with a west northwesterly change in mid to late afternoon.

Forecast for Sunday 10 November
Gusty thunderstorms possible over eastern parts of the South West Land Division and adjacent Goldfields and Eucla in the morning, with little or no rainfall. Showers and thunderstorms possible over the north and west Kimberley in the afternoon and evening. Very hot, dry and gusty conditions through the Goldfields and eastern parts of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Monday 11 November
Cool to mild conditions throughout the South West Land Division with showers possible near the south coast. Showers and thunderstorms possible over the northwest Kimberley in the afternoon and evening.

Forecast for Tuesday 12 November
Showers and thunderstorms possible over the northwest Kimberley in the afternoon and evening. Thunderstorms also possible over the southern Gascoyne and adjacent Central West in the afternoon and evening.
