Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough extends from the west Kimberley into the central Pilbara and will remain generally stationary for the next few days.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge of high pressure lies over southern parts of WA as a high pressure system moves east through the Bight. A trough lies near the west coast and will move inland later on Monday before moving slowly east across the SWLD on Tuesday and Wednesday. In the wake of the trough a weak ridge redevelops over the southwest parts of the state from later Wednesday and Thursday.

Mostly sunny across the State with daytime temperatures well above average through western and central parts.

Forecast for Tuesday 10 September
Mostly sunny across the State with daytime temperatures well above average through central and southeastern parts. Slight chance of an evening shower over South East Coastal.

Forecast for Wednesday 11 September
Showers southwest of a line Perth to Albany.

Forecast for Thursday 12 September
Showers southwest of a line Perth to Albany.
