Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough extends from the west Kimberley into the central Pilbara and will remain generally stationary for the next few days. A high pressure ridge will become established over southern parts of WA during Friday and over the weekend.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure ridge will become established over southern parts of WA from Friday, with some very cold nights likely over southern inland parts. Another weak cold front may brush the western south coast early Saturday. A broad trough will develop near the west coast on Monday.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 5 September
Showers, possible storm and small hail over the Eucla coast.

Forecast for Friday 6 September
Widespread morning frost through inland parts of the South West Land Division, the southern Goldfields, Eucla and South Interior. Early fog possible over coastal parts of the Pilbara and Kimberley.

Forecast for Saturday 7 September
Widespread morning frost through inland parts of the South West Land Division and the southern Goldfields. Showers possible southwest of a line from Bunbury to Albany. Early fog possible over coastal parts of the Pilbara and Kimberley.

Forecast for Sunday 8 September
Mostly Sunny across the State. Early fog possible over coastal parts of the Pilbara and Kimberley.

Forecast for Monday 9 September
Mostly Sunny across the State. Early fog possible over coastal parts of the Pilbara and Kimberley.
