Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A moderate to fresh east to southeasterly flow will push a surface trough offshore from the Pilbara coast for the next few mornings.
Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough near the west coast will begin to move inland into the Goldfields and Eucla during Thursday ahead of a cold front that moves over the southwest of the State. A new ridge will develop near the south coast on Friday with a high in the Bight on Saturday. A weak cold front will reach the western south coast Saturday evening. A ridge of high pressure will lie near the south coast on Sunday

Showers and thunderstorms over the South West Land Division, southern Goldfields, and the western Eucla.
Forecast for Thursday 4 April
Showers and thunderstorms over the central and eastern South West Land Division, southwest Goldfields and the western Eucla, contracting east to the Eucla district during the day. Showers over remaining parts of the South West Land Division contracting to the south coast by evening. A chance of an afternoon shower or thunderstorm for the far northern Kimberley.

Showers and thunderstorms over the northern Kimberley. Showers along the south coast, mainly morning.
Forecast for Saturday 6 April
Showers and thunderstorms over the central and northern Kimberley. Showers about the south coast west of Albany.
Forecast for Sunday 7 April
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley. Showers about the south coast between Augusta and Israelite Bay.
The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:45 am WST Thursday.
