Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A surface trough extends through the North Interior and the Pilbara.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A weak cold front will brush the south coast early Thursday, then a new trough will then start to develop near the west coast. The surface trough will deepen and move inland on Friday. A weak cold front will reach the western south coast on Saturday. A ridge of high pressure will develop well south of the State on Sunday and a trough will form in the Central West.

Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, Interior, eastern Gascoyne, and Goldfields. Showers near the western south coast of the South West Land Division.

Forecast for Thursday 14 March
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, Interior, Gascoyne, and northern Goldfields. Showers near the south coast and adjacent inland parts.

Forecast for Friday 15 March
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, Interior, inland Gascoyne, Goldfields, central and eastern parts of South West Land Division.

Forecast for Saturday 16 March
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, Interior, northeast Gascoyne, Goldfields, and eastern parts of the SW Land Division. Showers near the western south coast.

Forecast for Sunday 17 March
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Pilbara, central and north Interior, Gascoyne, Goldfields, central and eastern parts of the SW Land Division. Showers near the western south coast.
