Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
East to southeasterly winds continue this week, freshening from Tuesday as a
ridge strengthens to the south.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A new ridge is developing over southern WA today. The ridge will persist
through to Friday when the next cold front is expected to move through.

Forecast for the rest of Monday 27 July
Showers over southern parts of the South West Land Division, mostly about south
coastal districts. Chance of a shower over the southern Goldfields and Eucla.

Forecast for Tuesday 28 July
Chance of a shower over the southern Goldfields, southern South Interior, Eucla
and far southern South West Land Division. Patchy morning frost over inland
southeastern parts of the South West Land Division, southwest Goldfields and
eastern parts of the Interior. Windy morning for the southern Kimberley and
Pilbara.

Forecast for Wednesday 29 July
Chance of a shower along the south coast east of Albany. Patchy morning frost
over the inland central and southern South West Land Division and southern
Goldfields. Windy morning over the northern parts of the state.

Forecast for Thursday 30 July
Chance of a shower over the South West Capes. Patchy morning frost over the
inland central and southern South West Land Division and southern Goldfields.
Windy morning over the northern parts of the state.

Forecast for Friday 31 July
Showers developing over the South West district during the morning extending to
southwest of a line from Jurien Bay to Esperance by late evening. Patchy
morning frost over the far southern Goldfields and northern South East Coastal
district. Windy morning over the northern parts of the state.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 1:45 am WST Tuesday.
