Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
East to southeasterly winds continue across the north, strengthening early week
as a new ridge develops to the south.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge is extending over the South Interior today, while a cold front is
crossing the southwest of the state. A new ridge will develop over southern WA
from Monday and persist through to Friday when the next cold front moves
through.

Forecast for the rest of Sunday 26 July
Showers southwest of a line from Geraldton to Israelite Bay, more likely over
coastal districts and mostly contracting to the south coast by the evening.
Windy near the south coast.

Forecast for Monday 27 July
Showers over western and southern parts of the South West Land Division, mostly
about south coastal districts. Chance of a shower over the southern Goldfields
and Eucla. Patchy morning frost through the South Interior, northern
Goldfields, northeast Gascoyne and far southeast Pilbara.

Forecast for Tuesday 28 July
Chance of a shower over the southern Goldfields, southern South Interior, Eucla
and southern South West Land Division. Patchy morning frost over inland
southeastern parts of the South West Land Division and eastern parts of the
Interior. Windy morning for the southern Kimberley and Pilbara.

Forecast for Wednesday 29 July
Chance of a shower along the Eucla coast. Patchy morning frost over the inland
central and southern South West Land Division and southwest Goldfields. Windy
morning over the northern parts of the state.

Forecast for Thursday 30 July
Chance of a shower over the South West Capes. Patchy morning frost over the
inland central and southern South West Land Division and southwest Goldfields.
Windy morning over the northern parts of the state.
