Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
Moderate to fresh east to southeasterly winds continue across the north,
directed by a ridge over southern WA. Winds will ease from Sunday as a front
crosses southern WA, then strengthen again next week as a new ridge develops to
the south.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure system near the Eucla coast extends a ridge over southern WA.
The high will slowly move east on Saturday ahead of a cold front which will
cross the southwest of the state on Sunday. A new ridge will develop over
southern WA from Monday.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday 25 July
Chance of a shower about the South West Capes in the late evening.

Forecast for Sunday 26 July
Showers southwest of a line from Geraldton to Israelite Bay, more likely over
coastal districts. Patchy morning frost over the South Interior, Goldfields and
inland Eucla. Windy over southern parts of the South West Land Division, and
over the southern Kimberley and eastern Pilbara in the morning.

Forecast for Monday 27 July
Showers over southern parts of the South West Land Division, mostly about south
coastal districts. Chance of a shower over the southern Goldfields and Eucla.
Patchy morning frost through the South Interior.

Forecast for Tuesday 28 July
Chance of a shower over the southern Goldfields, southern South Interior, Eucla
and southern South West Land Division. Patchy morning frost over inland
southeastern parts of the South West Land Division and central parts of the
state. Windy morning for the southern Kimberley and Pilbara.

Forecast for Wednesday 29 July
Chance of a shower along the Eucla coast. Windy morning over the northern parts
of the state.
