Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough will pass through the Pilbara during Saturday and move to the Interior
on Sunday. A weak ridge will extend into the western Pilbara from Sunday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough will continue eastward through the eastern Goldfields and Eucla on
Saturday, while a deep low pressure system is moves south of the state. A
series of cold fronts and troughs thereafter will maintain a showery westerly
flow across southern WA from Sunday well into next week, while a weak ridge
will develop over the Gascoyne.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday 27 June
Showers southwest of a line from Port Hedland to Giles, more frequent across
southern and western parts of the South West Land Division. Gusty thunderstorms
southwest of a line from Perth to Albany. Windy across southern and central
parts of the state contracting to the coast late afternoon. Large waves and
surf may be hazardous for coastal and beach activities along the west and
southwest coasts.

Forecast for Sunday 28 June
Showers south of a line from Bidyadanga to Balgo Hill, more frequent through
coastal parts of the South West Land Division. Showers contracting to the
coastal districts and eastern South Interior in the evening. Chance of
thunderstorms over the southeast Interior and eastern Eucla. Windy across the
south coast. Large waves and surf may be hazardous for coastal and beach
activities in the morning along the southwest coast.

Forecast for Monday 29 June
Showers over the South West Land Division and southern Gascoyne. Chance of a
light shower or drizzle over the Goldfields, Eucla and southern South Interior.
Thunderstorms possible along the southwest coast. Possible early fog over the
inland Central West and Gascoyne. Becoming windy about the southwest coast.

Forecast for Tuesday 30 June
Showers over the South West Land Division, Gascoyne, Goldfields, Eucla and
southern Interior. Possible shower over the far western Pilbara. Thunderstorms
possible along the coasts of the South West Land Division and Eucla. Possible
morning fog over the southwest Gascoyne. Windy about the central and southern
parts of the state

Forecast for Wednesday 1 July
Showers over the South West Land Division, more likely about the coast.
Possible shower over the far southern Gascoyne, southwest Goldfields, Eucla,
southeast South Interior and near the west Kimberley coast.
