Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A high pressure system over the Great Australian Bight will maintain easterly
winds across the northern parts of the state for the next few days.
Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A high pressure system will move slowly eastwards across the Great Australian
Bight during the next few days.
Forecast for the rest of Thursday 7 May
Light shower possible about the coast between Albany and Bremer Bay. Light
showers or drizzle over Eucla, southern Goldfields, southern Interior and South
East Coastal district, contracting to the Eucla coast in the evening. Areas of
smoke haze across parts of the South West Land Division.
Forecast for Friday 8 May
Possible light shower along the south coast between Denmark and Esperance in
the morning. Light showers or drizzle over Eucla, southern Goldfields, southern
Interior and eastern parts of the South East Coastal district, contracting to
the Eucla in the evening. Areas of smoke haze across parts of the South West
Land Division. Windy across the southern Kimberley, Pilbara, Gascoyne, Central
West and northern Interior, during the day, and in the morning along the
Darling Scarp.
Forecast for Saturday 9 May
Light showers or drizzle over Eucla, adjacent South Interior, southern
Goldfields and South East Coastal district, contracting to the Eucla in the
evening. Possible morning fog over the southern Goldfields, Eucla and South
East Coastal districts. Areas of smoke haze across parts of the South West Land
Division. Windy across the southern Kimberley, Pilbara, Gascoyne, Central West
and northern Interior.

Light showers or drizzle over Eucla, adjacent South Interior, southeast
Goldfields, and eastern parts of the South East Coastal district, contracting
to the Eucla in the evening. Possible morning fog over the southern Goldfields,
Eucla and South East Coastal districts. Areas of smoke haze across parts of the
South West Land Division. Windy across the Pilbara, southern Kimberley,
northern Gascoyne and North Interior in the morning.

Light showers or drizzle over Eucla and far eastern parts of the South East
Coastal district. Windy across the Pilbara, southern Kimberley and North
Interior in the morning.
