Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough will persist over the Kimberley until Wednesday. A ridge over the west
coast is pushing a southeasterly surge to northern parts of the State. The
ridge will continue to strengthen throughout the week.
Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge extends over the west coast and into much of central WA. The ridge will
move into the Bight on Tuesday, where it will stall and remain the dominant
weather feature throughout the week.
Forecast for the rest of Monday 4 May
Light showers contracting to the south coast and across the Eucla. Chance of a
shower over the far northern Kimberley.
Forecast for Tuesday 5 May
Light showers close to the south coast and across the Eucla, southeastern
Goldfields and southern South Interior. Chance of a shower over the far north
Kimberley. Windy morning for the eastern Pilbara, Northern Interior, and
southern Kimberley. Possible morning fog across southern inland parts of the
South West Land Division, the southern Goldfields and Eucla.

Light showers close to the south coast and across the Eucla, southern
Goldfields and southern South Interior. Chance of a shower over the far
northwest Kimberley. Windy morning for the eastern Pilbara and Northern
Interior. Possible morning fog across southern inland parts of the South West
Land Division, the southern Goldfields and Eucla.
Forecast for Thursday 7 May
Light showers close to the south coast east of Albany and across the Eucla,
southern Goldfields and southern South Interior. Chance of a shower over the
far northwest Kimberley. Apart from southern districts windy morning for the
much of the State.
Forecast for Friday 8 May
Light showers across the Eucla and eastern South East Coastal districts. Apart
from the southern districts windy morning for the much of the State.
The next routine forecast will be issued at 1:45 am WST Tuesday.
