Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad trough extends across inland areas. A ridge to the south will bring a
southeast wind change to inland areas from Sunday, with a trough developing
down the west coast over the weekend and deepening on Monday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge sits across southwest WA, with a couple of weak fronts brushing the
south coast today. A west coast trough will redevelop on Sunday and deepens
with a low developing on Monday.

Forecast for the rest of Friday 14 November
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, far eastern Pilbara,
Interior, northern Eucla, Goldfields, eastern Gascoyne, and northeast Central
Wheat Belt. Thunderstorms in the Interior may be severe. Light showers about
the southern coastal districts and southern parts of the Great Southern. Windy
at times across the Pilbara, Gascoyne and Eucla.

Forecast for Saturday 15 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior and far northern
Goldfields. Light showers or drizzle near the south coast. Possible morning fog
across the Great Southern. Windy at times across the Eucla, Gascoyne and
Central West.

Forecast for Sunday 16 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, northern and central Interior,
northeast Gascoyne and far southeast Pilbara. Light showers or drizzle possible
near the south coast. Possible morning fog over southern inland parts of the
South West Land Division. Windy at times through the Gascoyne and Eucla.

Forecast for Monday 17 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley. Chance of a shower or
thunderstorm with little or no rainfall over the Gascoyne, Pilbara, Central
West and northern parts of the Central Wheat Belt. Possible morning fog over
southern coastal districts. Windy in the morning through the Gascoyne, inland
Pilbara, Interior, far southern Kimberley and western parts of the south West
Land Division.

Forecast for Tuesday 18 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the northern and western Kimberley. Chance of a
shower or thunderstorm over the Gascoyne, inland Pilbara, western Interior,
northern Goldfields and northern and central parts of the South West Land
Division. Windy at times over the Eucla and Gascoyne.
