Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad trough extends across inland areas. A ridge building to the south will
bring a southeast wind change from Sunday, pushing the trough closer to the
Pilbara coast and northern Kimberley on Monday

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A weak cold front is brushing past the south coast, as a west coast trough
moves inland. A new ridge building about southwest WA from Thursday will extend
east along the south coast on the weekend, ahead of another weak front brushing
past the south coast on Friday. The west coast trough will redevelop on Sunday.

Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 12 November
Showers and gusty thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, Pilbara, inland
Gascoyne, northern and western Goldfields, and eastern Eucla. Severe
thunderstorms possible over the northern Goldfields and Interior. Slight chance
of a shower or thunderstorm over inland parts of the South West Land Division.
Possible light showers about the south coastal districts. Windy at times in the
southern Interior and inland Gascoyne.

Forecast for Thursday 13 November
Showers and gusty thunderstorms across the Kimberley, inland Pilbara, far
northeast Gascoyne and Interior. Thunderstorms in the Interior may be severe.
Light showers over the southern coastal districts and southern parts of Great
Southern. Possible morning fog over southern Interior, northwest Kimberley
southwest Pilbara and adjacent northwest Gascoyne. Windy at times in the
southern Interior, Pilbara, Eucla and western Gascoyne.

Forecast for Friday 14 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, far east Pilbara, Interior,
northern Eucla, Goldfields, eastern Gascoyne, and northeast Central Wheat Belt.
Light showers about the southern coastal districts and southern parts of Great
Southern. Possible morning fog over eastern central Interior, northwest
Kimberley, southern parts of the South West Land Division, inland Eucla and
adjacent far southern Goldfields. Windy at times in the Eucla.

Forecast for Saturday 15 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, Interior, far eastern Gascoyne,
northern and eastern Goldfields and Eucla. Light showers over southern coastal
districts and southern Goldfields. Windy at times in the Eucla.

Forecast for Sunday 16 November
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley, northern Interior, northeast
Gascoyne and southeast Pilbara. Light showers over southern coastal districts.
Possible morning fog over southern parts of the South West Land Division. Windy
at times in the Eucla and inland Gascoyne.
