Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A trough over the Interior will deepen westward into the Pilbara today. A ridge
will strengthen to the east through the inland Pilbara and North Interior from
Friday, pushing the trough northward into the Kimberley.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough and low pressure system will continue moving into the Bight today. A
ridge forms across the southern half of the state, pushing northwards until the
weekend. A trough will deepen down the west coast from Saturday.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 6 November
Showers and gusty thunderstorms across the eastern Eucla and eastern Interior
with thunderstorms contracting east during the afternoon/evening. Isolated
showers and thunderstorms across the eastern and northern parts of the
Kimberley. Showers over the South West Land Division contracting over southern
parts during the afternoon and evening. Showers persisting over the Goldfields.

Forecast for Friday 7 November
Light showers over the southern parts of the South West Land Division, southern
Goldfields, Eucla and southern Interior. Showers and thunderstorms across the
Kimberley and northern parts of North Interior. Unseasonably cool over inland
southern WA.

Forecast for Saturday 8 November
Light morning showers about the South Coastal, South East Coastal, Eucla, and
southeastern Goldfields districts. Showers and thunderstorms across the
Kimberley and northeast Interior. Possible morning fog over the South Coastal
and South East Coastal districts. Unseasonably cool over southeast WA. Fresh
and gusty winds about the Interior, northern Goldfields, and Gascoyne in the
morning.

Forecast for Sunday 9 November
Possible light shower about the Albany coast. Showers and thunderstorms across
the Kimberley, central and northern Interior, far eastern Pilbara, northeastern
and central Gascoyne, and far northern Goldfields. Unseasonably cool over
southeast WA. Fresh and gusty winds about the Interior and Gascoyne in the
morning.

Forecast for Monday 10 November
Possible light showers along the south coast east of about Windy Harbour.
Showers and thunderstorms across the Kimberley, central and northern Interior,
southeastern Pilbara, Gascoyne, northern Central West, and northern Goldfields.
Unseasonably cool over the Goldfields and southeast of WA. Fresh and gusty
winds expected across the central and northern Interior, Gascoyne, and western
districts south of Shark Bay, mostly in the morning.
