Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A weak trough lies near the west Kimberley and east Pilbara coast, while a new
ridge will develop over southern WA on Monday.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A weak ridge extends over southern WA. A cold front passes over the southwest
of the State on Sunday night and Monday morning. A stronger ridge develops in
the wake of the front during Monday and into Tuesday. Another cold front moves
over the southern South West Land Division on Wednesday morning.

Forecast for the rest of Sunday 13 July
Showers over the southern and western Gascoyne, southern and central
Goldfields, Eucla and western South West Land Division.

Forecast for Monday 14 July
Showers over most of the Gascoyne, Goldfields, Eucla, southern South Interior
and South West Land Division. Showers contracting east during the day. Chance
of a morning thunderstorm near the coast between Busselton and Albany. Windy
over southern and central parts of the State.

Forecast for Tuesday 15 July
Showers over southwestern parts of the South West Land Division, and along the
south coast. Morning fog and frosts over the Goldfields, eastern Gascoyne and
inland parts of the South West Land Division. Windy morning over the Pilbara,
North Interior, western Kimberley and northern Gascoyne.

Forecast for Wednesday 16 July
Showers over most of the South West Land Division, southern Goldfields and
Eucla. Morning fog and frosts over central and eastern parts of the State.

Forecast for Thursday 17 July
Possible showers southwest of Lancelin to Bremer Bay and along the south coast.
Morning fog and frosts over the inland South West Land Division and central and
eastern parts of the State. Possible morning fog also over the far northern
Kimberley.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:45 am WST Monday.
