Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A ridge to the south will maintain easterly winds across the north.
Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A ridge is located south of the state with a high pressure centre forming in
the Bight by Wednesday. A west coast trough will deepen during Wednesday and
Thursday.
Forecast for the rest of Wednesday 7 May
Light showers, mostly in the morning, over the Eucla, southern Goldfields and
South East Coastal district. Morning fog possible over southern parts.
Forecast for Thursday 8 May
Mostly sunny over the state. Warm over the western districts. Windy in the
morning over northern parts.
Forecast for Friday 9 May
Mostly sunny over the State. Warm conditions over the South West Land Division.
Windy in the morning over northern parts.
Forecast for Saturday 10 May
Possible showers south of line from Busselton to Esperance. Morning fog
possible over the far southwest of the State. Warm conditions over the northern
and eastern parts of the South West Land Division. Windy in the morning over
northern parts.
