Weather Situation – Northern Western Australia
A broad trough will persist over the north of the State.

Weather Situation – Southern and Central Western Australia
A trough is extending from the inland Gascoyne down through the South West.
This trough is expected to move east from later Wednesday.

Forecast for the rest of Tuesday 11 March
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley. Chance of mainly afternoon
showers and thunderstorms over the eastern Pilbara, eastern Gascoyne,
Goldfields, and Interior. Chance of a light shower about coastal parts between
Denmark and Israelite Bay. Very hot over central parts of the state and tending
warmer in the Central West, Lower West and Central Wheat Belt.

Forecast for Wednesday 12 March
Showers and thunderstorms over the Kimberley. Chance of mainly afternoon
showers and thunderstorms over the central and eastern Pilbara, eastern
Gascoyne, Goldfields, eastern parts of the South West Land Division, South East
Coastal, western Eucla, and Interior. Chance of a light showers across the
remaining areas of the South West Land Division and Gascoyne. Very hot over
eastern and northern parts of the State.

Forecast for Thursday 13 March
Showers possible across most of WA. Thunderstorms possible over the Kimberley,
northern and western Interior, central and eastern Pilbara, eastern Gascoyne,
eastern and southern parts of the South West Land Division, Goldfields, eastern
South East Coastal, and far western Eucla districts. Very hot over the Interior
and Eucla districts.

Forecast for Friday 14 March
Showers possible across most of WA. Thunderstorms possible over the Kimberley,
northern and western Interior, central and eastern Pilbara, eastern Gascoyne,
southern and eastern parts of the South West Land Division, Goldfields, and
western South East Coastal. Very hot over the Interior.

The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm WST Tuesday.
